    I will talk to them
    I will talk with them
    Which one of the above sentences is correct?

    Both are correct. "Talk to them" means you talk and they listen. "Talk with them" means they will also talk to you.

    Hi raj,
    Besides, speak, talk to is BE, and speak, talk with is AE. Source: BBC English.
