    Also try:
    1- Go to the Advanced Search page.
    2- Put in the keywords in the search box.
    3- Select "Search Titles Only" from the drop-down box.
    4- Input "ju" in the username field.
    5- Click "Search Now".

    May I ask why I can't use 'could' because if I want to make it more polite?
    "Could" isn't generally more polite than "can" except when you start a question with it, not when it refers to your own ability.

    "Could you tell me how to ...?" might be seen as marginally more polite than "Can you tell me how to ...?" but I don't really make that distinction. You're not asking us how you could possibly do something. You're asking us how you can search for something or how to search for something.

    It would have been perfectly fine for you to simply ask "How do I search for my own threads using their titles?"
