    If the body check is taken place today, can I say:

    "I'm fasting for a body checkup today."
    (I've put "a" before "body checkup".)

    Yes, or be more specific about exactly what happened.
    Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
