    Angry Is it ok to use 'that' here?

    Built into the thrill of hearing a virtuoso is admiration for that the performance represents a human achievement.

    As I've titled this post, my question is, is it okay to use 'that' at the particular point that I've underlined in the sentence? I'm having a hard time figuring this out...

    No, it isn't OK to use "that" like that. "That"-clauses aren't used as objects of prepositions in modern English. You seem to be trying to say:

    Built into the thrill of hearing a virtuoso performance is admiration for its representing a human achievement.
