Posting Privileges locked

Hello. This is SoothingDave. I had to do a password reset the other day, and since then I have no privileges to post or respond to anything.

I created this second account just so I can request support. Thank you.

Searching for SoothingDave using exact name returns No Results. Unchecking the exact name box returns both SoothingDave and SoothingDave2.

Hmm, I just tried searching for SoothingDave without the "exact name" box checked and I still only got SoothingDave2.

Was there a problem with the password reset? The database said that you hadn't confirmed an email. If you asked for a password to be sent, it might have been mistakenly placed in spam, which would have led to it not being replied to. If so, please mark it as not spam for future reference. If you didn't request an email with a new password, please let me know and I will have it looked into further. I apologise for the inconvenience.
