    It would/can be a koala.

    I found this picture on the Internet. This picture shows the different degrees of certainty which the modal verbs express.

    I wonder if the third sentence (It would be a koala) and the fifth sentence (It can be a koala) are correct.

    I mean if ‘would’ and ‘can’ could be used to express certainty for the present time.

    No, they can't. That picture is inaccurate and misleading, in my view. Ignore it.
