    paying to much to

    I talk about it as paralysis by analysis. You start paying too much to the details of what you're doing in a way that's counterproductive.

    She missed out a word. She should have said "You start paying too much attention to the details ...".

    Note the correct spelling of "too" there.
    Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
