    Hi,
    can you explain me when to use "who" and "which", e.g.
    "a company who or which has been undertaken." thanks

    It's "who" for people and "which" for things. This is covered in UsingEnglish's "Relative Clauses - Part 1". A company, although a legal entity, is a thing rather than a person.
