    Looking for oral substitution drills

    Hi!

I'm looking for more drills based on this method https://youtu.be/hfExT_leCNo?t=60

The method is about doing substitution drills like:
    ...
    Student He was eating breakfast
    Teacher They
    Teacher They were eating breakfast
    Teacher I
    Student I was eating breakfast
    Teacher check my mail
Student I was checking my mail
    Teacher She
Student She was checking her mail
    and so on..

All I have been able to find so far are dialogues with substitution or phrases with substitution. The former are too difficult to memorize. The latter are too short. I am looking for drills where your teacher gives you a word or phrase and you need to make a new sentence with it.

I am learning English. This method suits me best. No handbook. No wasting time on writing answers. A lot of practice. I am sometimes dead tired after an hour long session with this method. I am looking for this kind of activities for my teacher.

Re: Looking for oral substitution drills

Couldn't you just give your teacher some guidelines like these and let them make the drills?
