No, never. When is okay for you?

    Hi.

I asked a friend out for dinner. Here’s part of the conversation between us:

Silver: Are you free tomorrow evening? Shall we meet for dinner?
Sherry: Yes. But I'll be a bit late. Do you mind?
Silver: No, never. When is okay for you?

    Is the italic sentence natural?

Never is not natural. The usual reply is just no and/or not at all.

When is it okay for you? Better: What time are you free?

    Is the italic sentence natural?
    .
I am not a teacher or a native speaker.

Sherry: Yes. But I'll be a bit late. Do you mind?
Silver: No, I don't mind. What time suits you? never. When is okay for you?

Re: No, never. When is okay for you?

You'll hear "When's good for you?" or "When's convenient for you?" in BrE.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

    Or:

What's a good time for you?
    Not a professional teacher

Re: No, never. When is okay for you?

Not at all would be more natural for me.
