This is the story of his post amnesia life.

'This is the story of his post amnesia life.'

What I mean by 'post amnesia life' is his life after getting amnesia, but it suddenly occurred to me that someone might think I mean his life when he no longer had amnesia. I
considered using 'post memory loss' instead, but I don't know whether it is correct to use a prefix for two words at the same time. Any advice?

    How about "life with amnesia"?
Yes, you use "post" to refer to something which is over.
