When a building is located with just a one-minute walk to bus stop

When a building is located within just a one-minute walk to bus stop, what is it called in English to show that it is within a very short distance from buildings? Is there any specific verb for this situation?

Is there a single verb that is synonymous with 'to be located within a very short distance of something'?

    No.

You'll have to use a different word class or a multi-word phrase to get your intended meaning across

Note my corrections above. We say that something is within [reach/distance/time] of something.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

I would say: the building is located sixty metres from the bus-stop, to be precise.
I am not a teacher or a native speaker.

You could say the bus stop is less than a block away.

It varies. But, of course, if we know the area, we can have a pretty good idea.

That sounds too exact for most contexts to me- I'm not a surveyor.

Okay, I should have used the word "about".
You would have some idea of how long a fifty-metre swimming pool is, don't you? Or the length of a 100-metre sprint track?
