overcoating interval tie coat to top coat

    Hello,

overcoating interval: tie coat to top coat
(overcoating interval tie coat to top coat - I added the colon)

Does the above phrase mean an interval between applying a tie coat and applying a top coat?

    What is your opinion?

The fragment is from the painting specification I referred to on this forum yesterday and the day before yesterday.

It is impossible for me to send you a drawing in PDF format.

All I can send is this:

    Your guess seems reasonable.
