What about:
She has have...
He has have...
It has have...
???
Is it correct?

No, that's not correct. But you can say:

She has had ...
He has had ...
It has had ...

= Present perfect ;-)

What about "had had"?

Thanks.

That's Past Perfect.

The Past Perfect expresses the idea that something occurred before another action in the past. It can also show that something happened before a specific time in the past.

how about using them in a sentence? or in a question?

Have you eaten your lunch already?
Had you eaten your lunch already?
which one is correct?

I haven't eaten yet.
Is this correct?

or the use of have had in a sentence.

:-?

thanks

Have you alredy eaten your lunch? Today.
Had you already eaten your luch (when something else happened)? Before today.
We don't place 'already' at the end of a question.
