Can we use FYA, FYI, first then type other things.
Example:-

FYA, Kindly check the below-given shipment id, those are pending for costing, please cost the shipment upon Distribution plan finish by Logistic.

It is best to avoid such abbreviations for the sake of intelligibility. For example, I am a native speaker and know what you mean by by FYI, but FYA baffles me. Write out what you mean in full.

Hello jamshed, and welcome. :)
The part quoted above is vague.
Also, you need to pay attention to your punctuation. There are a couple of comma splices in the above, and you should have ended the first line with a question mark.

I've never seen "FYA" either. I would first assume it was a typo for FYI and, as an afterthought, would wonder if it means "For your attention". I wouldn't want to receive an email with something I need to Google.

As teechar said, much of the rest doesn't make sense. Remember that "ID" needs to be capitalised. "id" is a word in its own right with a totally unrelated meaning.
