Would anyone please correct my writing?

Power of Short Sentences for Communication

I am in an online group of learning Photoshop. A fellow student asked, "How do I install the plug-ins of those short-cut keys"?

I instantly answered, "Our instructor has videoed that step by step in very details. The file has been uploaded to the Cloud Drive. Just follow it. It's very important to watch the video tutorial very carefully, because I skipped that and made a lot of trouble for myself "...

She repeated, "Yes, I have downloaded the Plug-ins, but how do I install those"?

This time I just said with three words, "Watch the video", and screenshot the location of the file, and highlighted the video tutorial.

She had no question any more.

I'm a person kinda of being long-winded. Now I realise the shorter and simpler the words are, the better communication can be, because some people might get overwhelmed with many words, and their memories will automatically select and ignore some information.

See above.

No. You wouldn't want just anyone to do it. Instead, say:

Would someone please correct my writing?

It tends to be rather repetitious. I would look for places where I have repeated myself if I were you.

Edited to add:

Say: I am in an online group learning photoshop.

The phrase "She repeated" is inaccurate. What should you say instead?

She repeated the question of hers.

Is this accurate now?

I should keep it simple: "She repeated her question:".

I took another look at the text. She sort of repeated her question, but she said it differently. Having said that, I think she replied works better.

I understood she asked twice how to install her plug-ins.
