As human cannot know the future, they strive to reduce uncertainty in any decision by collecting as much information as possible. Nowadays, since the approach to team working in both small-teams and multinational corporation is increasing dramatically, it gets more in challenge to how make decision by one individual or by team. In the following paragraphs, I detect the general differences between individual and team decision-making, but rather on the causes and consequences of self-selection.[/FONT] [FONT=&quot]From a human-nature point of view[/FONT][FONT=&quot], each person has its own experience in the limited region in which he or she has born and grown, and in the time of his age. According to his family condition, his friends, the education system, and the situation of his country-culture, history, and do so- he has his own bias, prejudice, and cognition. In this regard, personal decision is more likely to be bias and behavioral decision. In a small and personal decision, everybody [/FONT][FONT=&quot]consult his/her parents, friends, or each trusted-one to trade-off the situation and to find the best possible choice.[/FONT][FONT=&quot] [/FONT] From an economical point of view, [FONT=&quot]when the biography of well-known companies is assessed, the presence of some people are obvious. It is possible that one person brings up the origin idea, but his or he and his group nurture the idea. For instance, Facebook which is known as Marc Zuckerberg invention, after investigating the stages of its growth, it will be revealed that there are a lot of people in its process. Moreover, all economic actors as individual and small groups, or large organizations as government agencies and multinational corporation enjoy boards of directors to make a decision and supervise the activity of organization rather just one person.[/FONT] [FONT=&quot]Talking all above mentioned together, it is recommended that group will be more beneficiary if they cooperate with one who is likely to be in a group line. As it is followed by economic multinational organization. And in the end of this letter, it is suggested to people to learn and teach each other and their kids how to manage being in the group.[/FONT]
