Note my corrections above. "Inter-office" is unusual but it's understandable. I might use "inter-departmental", but I would probably just say "a letter".
We don't write letters for people here. Try to write the letter yourself, post it in this section and then we will look at it.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
