My mobile phone is a part of me

I am trying to suggest that my mobile phone has become a part of my body as I am heavily dependent on it.

I need an interesting and amusing way of expressing this idea.

Examples:
-I am glued to my phone 24/7
-My cellphone is an extension of my body

But I think there should be a better and more interesting way of expressing the idea.

The thread title is actually a good way of expressing the idea.

Other options include:

I'm lost without my phone.
Losing my phone is like losing an arm/leg.
I can't live without my phone.

I'm sure there are many more.
