to develop a total brain inflammation/confusion

    Hello everybody!

I believe in having good relations with a mother-in-law. I used to know my would-be mother-in-law. She used to say (hopefully, she is still alive) that her children are going to give her a total brain confusion one day.

    A) With my children constantly pestering me with their trouble, I think I am going to develop a total brain inflammation/confusion one day.

    B) Given the fact that my children are constantly pestering me with their trouble, I think I am going to end up developing a total brain inflammation/confusion one day.

What do you think of my 2 attempts?

There is no such thing as "a total brain confusion/inflammation".
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

How would you express the thought?

Well, as I'm not sure what your mother-in-law actually meant, I don't know exactly what I would say. I might go for "Being constantly pestered by my kids is going to give me a nervous breakdown!" or "My kids pestering me with their problems is scrambling my brain!"
