a second brewing tastes even better than the first one

(On the packet/sachet of a tea bag)

It reads "Pour boiling water over the tea bag, one bag one cup. Infuse for 3-5 min. a second brewing tastes even better than the first one."
    ---------------
The instructions look not so good. How would you rewrite it? I would rewrite it as follows:

"Pour boiling water over the tea bag, one bag for one cup. Infuse for 3-5 mins. The second brewing tastes even better the first (brewing)."

    What do you think?

I like your version better, but I would keep first one.

Are you supposed to use the teabag more than once?

The usual term for this is second infusion. Some teas can produce several good infusions. Subsequent infusions have to be done soon after the first one.

The instructions look not so good.

    Say:

    The instructions don't look right.

    How would you rewrite it?

I wouldn't. Nobody is paying me to do do.

But I'll do it here for free. Say:

Pour boiling water over the teabag, one bag for one cup. Infuse for three (3) to five (5) minutes. The second infusion tastes even better than the first one.

As a side note, it seems that GS is a tea drinker. Or maybe there just isn't anything he doesn't know.

Re: a second brewing tastes even better than the first one

Shouldn"t that be "amount of water to a teabag", " one cup for one bag", rather than the other way round or is there no difference?

You want enough water for a cup of tea.

Re: a second brewing tastes even better than the first one

I'd use "one bag per cup".
