I confirm the MAC Address is from a University

Is this email comprehensible and natural?

I confirm the MAC Address is from a University computer that I was using. None of my
devices connected to the network correspond neither to the MAC Address nor the IP shown in your email. I'm enclosing a screenshot.

I think "have" is better than "correspond", but I'm not entirely sure.

To live only for some future goal is shallow. It's the sides of the mountain that sustain life, not the top.

Note my corrections above. Use "neither/nor" when the start is affirmative/positive. You used "None of" which is negative so you've already used the required negative for the sentence.

None of my devices have either a camera or a microphone.
Both of my devices have neither a camera nor a microphone.

"have" definitely can't replace "correspond" in the sentence but you need to use "correspond to".
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
