    Future Perfect or Future Simple

I've come across some examples using Future Perfect Tense:

    - They will have covered 30 km by sunset.
    - Will you have read all these books by the exam time?

I think for some reason that Future Simple can be applied in these ones without misrepresentation of a listener. Do you see the difference with that ones If I say:

    - They will cover 30 km by sunset.
    - Will you read all these books by the exam time?

Re: Future Perfect or Future Simple

You seem to be asking whether the future simple and future perfect are used in the same way. The answer is no, they are not.
