I only heard two errors in emphasis. "Complex" should be emphasized on the first syllable, and "keep" needs to be emphasized so that the syllables in bold are equal: if I just keep trying.

The "h" in "help" was spoken with the tongue bunched up too much in the back of your mouth, giving it a rougher quality. Try relaxing your tongue and pronouncing the h like you're panting after a run.
