Could you please refine the email below?

Dear DHL team.

My name is XXXX. On October 21, I ordered a shipment in Ryman from Manchester to Chile. The package included three makeup products and a document. Unfortunately, when the package arrived in Chile, one of the items, a bottle of makeup, was empty. It seems that somewhere in transit it had been spilled. My mother, who received the parcel, contacted DHL in Chile and explained this issue to them. They investigated on the incident and concluded that the bottle was opened in the UK. In view of this, I’d like to know if I am eligible to some sort of compensation. The tracking number is XXXX

Cordially,

XXXX

One more thing - there is no such thing as a "bottle of makeup" - you need to specify what kind of makeup. I missed that the first time.

Thanks. I'll write the name of the item.
