Are transcriptions, such as (tʃoz) from the utterance "I need to take off my (tʃoz)", included in computing the type token ratio? Also, how does the type token ration contribute to a semantic analysis?

I don't understand your first question.

Where did you get that transcription? That doesn't sound like the speech of a native-speaker.

Secondly, why are you trying to calculate the TTR of transcribed speech? Don't do that.

Or do you mean you have a text that includes a few transcriptions here and there? If so, can you tell me more about what kind of text it is and why you need a TTR? How many such transcriptions are there?

I don't understand your second question, either. What kind of semantic analysis are you talking about?
