    You may reply rest of the points as only minor clarification is required on the report.

    Is "on the report" is correct? Should we use "in" instead of "on"?

    I suggest you end the sentence like this:

    '... as only minor clarification of the report is required'.

    I would expect something like "I need minor clarifications of a few points [in the report]".
    Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
