Situation : My account is add the role of Pharma section and Medical section. Now I want to change the role:
- Old : Pharma section and Medical section
- New: Consumer section and Medical section
I wrote email and filled in " User registration form" , after 3 weeks i still not received respond from team , so I want to write email for asking about the status of my " registration form" . please help me check below email and correct it . Thanks a lot
Dear team,
On 6 Nov , I sent " User registration form" for adding new role : " consumer section" and remove role " Pharma section"
- Old role on system : Pharma section and Medical section
- request new role on system : Consumer section and Medical section
Because until now, I check my account on system : is still the role of Pharma and Medical – not yet to change the role “ Consumer section and Medical section"
Could you please update the status of my registration form
