    Usage of "well-being"

Is the following sentence correct, if not then what would be the correct sentence for the same scenario?

"He called up to know about my well-being."

    Re: Usage of "well-being"

"well-being" is OK but "know about" is unnatural.

He called me to check on my well-being.
He called because he was concerned about/for my well-being.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

Know doesn't mean "the act of learning about something" in international English, though it's apparently used that way in the Indian version.

How about welfare in place of well-being?

To live only for some future goal is shallow. It's the sides of the mountain that sustain life, not the top.

    Yes. You could also say:

He called to see how I'm doing.
