    Signature and outlets

Mos Burger, which serves burgers on signature rice buns, has six outlets, at Brisbane, Surfers Paradise, Southport, Broadbeach, Mt Gravatt and Sunnybank.

Does signature mean a special logo or famous for rice buns?

Do outlets mean branches of the restaurant?

Does "signature" mean "a special logo" or "famous for rice buns"? "famous for rice buns".

Does "outlets" mean "branches of the restaurant"? In this reference, yes.

    Thank you.

It is the Japanese restaurant ( Mos Burger) In the article, the initial letter is captalized only while the rest are lower cased. I don't know if it is a mistake from the columnist or writer.

    Re: Signature and outlets

Their signature rice buns are the rice buns they're famous for.

Do they have any outlets outside of Japan?

    Re: Signature and outlets

It seems that officially they use MOS, but some stores appear to use use title case. They have lots of outlets in Japan. I have never ventured into one- maybe I should.

A moss burger doesn't sound appetizing.

    Re: Signature and outlets

I have heard that they're not bad for a chain, but I don't really do burgers.
