Sub:Request to reimbursement of medical bill
With reference to the above I hereby submit my medical bills for the expenses incurred during my delivery for reimbursement.
Sir,Since I was under Maternity leave from March 15 to Nov 8 th of 2019 I was not able to claim the amount within the prescribed time limit.therefore now I am requesting you to permit me to reimburse the bill into my account.

Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

Poongodi, please notice how Ems reformatted your post to make it more readable. Also, I don't think you need "Sir" as it only applies to men and not women. Finally, it is not necessary to use salutations in emails. (I know I don't bother with them.)
