Is this sentence correct? Any logical or grammar problems?

We have choose the word introspection for our group name, but not rumination, as ‘rumination’ is a bit old fashioned, less directed and less people know what ruminate meant in the first place. On the other hand, introspect is more commonly known and more people related to it; Therefore, we have concluded to use the word introspection as our final decision.

    Introspection

    Say:

We chose the word Introspection as our group name.

    Or:

We chose the word Introspection as the name for our group.

Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

    Hello and welcome.
First, please correct the info on your profile page, and post below to let us know you've done that.
Second, what kind of group are you talking about?

Evildevil, I'm curious about something. How did it come down to being a choice between "introspection" and "rumination"?
