    I don’t know whether I can use ‘as being among’ and ‘as among’ interchangeably?
    I would like to know the reason if not.

    They both look clumsy to me. If I were editing the first, I'd change it to … we regard it as one of her more noteworthy efforts. I'd write this for the second: … have long been regarded as some of the biggest challenges ….
