    Americans may say "pick-tsher", "picksher", or even "pitcher". I recommend the first one, which is how you said you used to say it.

    Not a teacher

    Your pronunciation is good and the most important is, we can understand it and it is clear. For me, the first word you say is better than the second one. Just keep on practicing and your pronunciation will develop and become better.

    If you want to hear lots of native speakers saying a specific word, go to Forvo. Choose English from the list of languages, then type the word in the search box. You'll get recordings of native speakers from different parts of the world saying that word.

    Here's the entry for "picture".
    Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
