It all looks good to me except for that last sentence. You shouldn't have to 'convince' them to do their job. I suggest something more like:

Hello.
Would anybody correct my mistakes in this email?
Dear student enquiries team.
My name is XX and my student number is XX. I graduated on December 2nd. I've returned to Brazil, my home country. Currently, the XX, a governmental body, is validating my certificate. They may send you an email to confirm that I obtained an Msc from the University of XX. I kindly request that you provide them with any information they require, otherwise my certificate won't be validated.
Regards.

May I ask what kind of certificate it is and why it needs to be validated?
