The function is invoked each time a card is selected

    A. "The function is invoked each time a card is selected"
    B. "The function is invoked each time a card is clicked"
    C. "The function is invoked each time a card is clicked on"

I don't know which one sounds more natural. Also, are they spelled correctly?

Side node: The text is tech related. I'm talking about playing cards. A function maps an input value of x into an output value of y similarly as in math. We usually say "invoke the function" but the phrase "call the function" is also used interchangeably.

Two things. One, I think they are all equally good. Two, the spelling is fine.

But they all lack final punctuation.

Re: The function is invoked each time a card is selected

If the selection is done on a computer with a mouse, I thought is usually "clicked on".

    Note my corrections above.

You can say "as in" or "similarly to" but not the two together.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

Yes, it is. If the idea is actually that you click on a card on the screen, then sentence B is not really right, in my judgement.

I don't see any problem with either "clicked" or "clicked on".
