    reserved an online ticket.

This is a mock situation to practice.

    * Now, I'm going to give you a situation and ask you to act it out. Let's say you would like to buy tickets for a sports event for you and your friend. Please ask the person at the ticket booth three or four questions about things. you would like to know about the upcoming sports event.

Hello, first of all, I want to know about the upcoming event.
Ive already reserved an online ticket.
Do I have to come here in person and get a paper ticket?
Or can print it out from the online site/the online website/the online ticketing website?
Ive reserved D Zone. How can I get to D Zone from the entrance?
Is it very complicated to get there or is it easy to find?
If you have the stadium map for the directions, please provided it to me by a brochure or something.
Im planning to drive here. What about the parking situation?
If theres not many parking spots available, do you have any alternative parking lots nearby?
    ================
    Are the underlined correct?

    Re: reserved an online ticket.

I presume you need two tickets (you and your friend are going).

That's unnatural, and the meaning is unclear.

I would use "if there aren't many" in the above, but some may accept your version. I would also use "car parks" instead of the AmE "parking lots".

    One more thing:
Use "Zone D" instead of "D Zone".

This should be changed to the following sentence, I guess.

Hello, first of all, I want to know about the upcoming event.
=>Hello, I want to inquire about the upcoming event.

For this, I meant the direction from the entrance to the seats, so I need a stadium map.

    That's not a map. It's a plan.

Can you send me a plan of the stadium so I can find my seat?
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

Note that "I'd like" is more polite than "I want". Also in such a sentence, you would typically say the name of the event.

    Re: reserved an online ticket.

    I would say:

    I bought a ticket online.
    Not a professional teacher
