This is a mock situation to practice.

* Now, I'm going to give you a situation and ask you to act it out. Let's say you would like to buy tickets for a sports event for you and your friend. Please ask the person at the ticket booth three or four questions about things. you would like to know about the upcoming sports event.

Hello, first of all, I want to know about the upcoming event.
I‘ve already reserved an online ticket.
Do I have to come here in person and get a paper ticket?
Or can print it out from the online site/the online website/the online ticketing website?
I’ve reserved D Zone. How can I get to D Zone from the entrance?
Is it very complicated to get there or is it easy to find?
If you have the stadium map for the directions, please provided it to me by a brochure or something.
I’m planning to drive here. What about the parking situation?
If there’s not many parking spots available, do you have any alternative parking lots nearby?
================
Are the underlined correct?

I presume you need two tickets (you and your friend are going).

Hello, first of all, I want to know about the upcoming event.
That's unnatural, and the meaning is unclear.

I‘ve already reserved [STRIKE]an[/STRIKE] my/the/two tickets online. [STRIKE]ticket.[/STRIKE]

Do I have to [STRIKE]come here in person and get a paper[/STRIKE] pick up the tickets in person, or can I print them at home (from your website)? [STRIKE]it out from the online site/the online website/the online ticketing website?[/STRIKE]

I’ve reserved tickets for D Zone. How can I get to D Zone from the entrance?

Is it very complicated to get there or is it easy to find?

[STRIKE]If[/STRIKE] Do you have [STRIKE]the stadium[/STRIKE] a (street) map for [STRIKE]the[/STRIKE] directions to the venue? [STRIKE], please provided it to me by a brochure or something.[/STRIKE]

I’m planning to drive here. What about [STRIKE]the[/STRIKE] parking? [STRIKE]situation?[/STRIKE]

If there’s not many parking spots available, do you have any alternative parking lots nearby?
I would use "if there aren't many" in the above, but some may accept your version. I would also use "car parks" instead of the AmE "parking lots".

One more thing:
Use "Zone D" instead of "D Zone".

This should be changed to the following sentence, I guess.

Hello, first of all, I want to know about the upcoming event.
=>Hello, I want to inquire about the upcoming event.

[/STRIKE]

For this, I meant the direction from the entrance to the seats, so I need a stadium map.

That's not a map. It's a plan.

Can you send me a plan of the stadium so I can find my seat?

Hello, I'd like to [STRIKE]want[/STRIKE] to inquire about the upcoming Eminem concert.[STRIKE]event.[/STRIKE]
Note that "I'd like" is more polite than "I want". Also in such a sentence, you would typically say the name of the event.
