    Yes, Rover_KE is British. I watch a lot of British TV series and hear quite a few British expressions there, but I can't recall having heard this.

    It's definitely not a common expression. It could be that Rover_KE is the only one who uses it.

    We say in the English language or in the Arabic language but in English or in Arabic. (I hope nobody asks me why, because then I'll have to go run and hide. )
