Hello

How can I describe the position of this lady on the chair?

I mean what can I say about her legs and her hands?

I remember something about "leg crossed" but I don't think it works here, right?

I want to also mention she is very relaxed and laid back.

Her legs are crossed. You could say she looks laid back, but it's a rather old-fashioned expression that doesn't quite work for me. She certainly looks relaxed.

Is this fine?

She was sitting on a sofa...her legs crossed....her hand on the back of the sofa....she could not be more relaxed.

Is this [STRIKE]fine[/STRIKE] okay?

She was sitting on a sofa her legs crossed her hand on the back of the sofa …. She could not have been more relaxed.
With my corrections, yes. I changed the tense to match the time frame established by the first verb.

An ellipsis contains only three dots.

Although you can say "That's fine," you can't ask whether something is fine. This is not my fault. :)
