[General] What do you call the office document?

The common office software is from Microsoft or Apple. I wonder how do you native speakers call "PowerPoint", "Word", "Excel" in your working time. I once found someone said "deck" for Powerpoint. I'm not sure about the meaning of it.

The "slides" in Powerpoint are like individual cards. A group of cards (like for playing games) is called a "deck." I have not heard of anyone saying this, but I understand the reference.

You can call a PowerPoint presentation a "deck". The only common names for the component programs of Office are their official names: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, OneNote, etc.

Always put a space after every comma.

The question is "What do you call ...", not "How do you call ...".

"sofeware" isn't a word.
