Hi teachers.

I wonder if my sentences natural.

1) My little daughter has an imaginary friend.
2) The government should bend an ear to/toward how the man in the street feels about this business.

The first is good.

The phrase "bend an ear" has it's own meaning, which doesn't fit in your sentence: bend an ear

So say something like "listen to how" or "ask how" or "pay attention to how" or "find out how."

Also, "man in the street" is out of fashion becaause it leaves out women. These days, "ordinary people" is more popular. (Although I have one friend who hates it. When he hears it, he says, "I'm not ordinary!")
