Setting test/exam questions

Hi teachers,

I'm wondering how you set your test/exam questions. Do you create everything by yourself, or do you use exercises from other sources, such as textbooks and websites? If so, do you cite the sources? I'm just concerned about the copyright issue on this. Thank you.

If you use other people's questions, you should ask their permission and credit them.
