For software installation, I have changed some leave planes

Is this correct sentence? Please confirm.

For software installation, I have changed some leave planes in June. I have updated the same on calendar.

    Welcome to the forum.

Please note that I have changed your thread title. Titles should be unique and relevant to the thread. I moved your question to the main body of the text. Note that the opening question should be "Is this sentence correct?" (note the word order).
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
