    The following gives an introduction to the V5 interface. When the UA5000(PVMV1) adopts the PVM board as the narrowband control board, the device supports the V5 interface and is compatible with optical line terminal (OLT), a narrowband access device.

    It depends whether the adoption of the PVM board is optional now, or it's just a foreseen future development. In the second case, you need "will support" and "will be". (But this could be a tricky one to argue with the development engineers, who may have seen the UA5000(PVMV1) working with a prototype PVM board - they will want to sing the praises of the support they've added [by saying 'it works'].
