What does "word f*cking one" mean?

Lefty thinks Pistone knows nothing about something. "Word one" is the first word in a description of the thing, and "f*cking" is an intensifier.

As usual, I haven't seen the film, not being much of a movie person. But on reflection, Lefty could mean that Pistone has a very limited vocabulary.
