the pandemic has forced people into

    Hello,

Have I used "force into" correctly? What do you think about this sentence?

The coronavirus pandemic has forced a lot of employees into quarantine.

    Yes.

What do you mean? You want an appraisal?

I wanted to see if I used it correctly. I wasn't sure.

Okay, but please make that clear in future. It appeared as if you were asking two separate questions.

That is what I have asked in the first post, though. Have I used...correctly...

You also asked "What do you think about this sentence?" Clearly, that's two questions. Perhaps you meant to incorporate the two ideas into one question - "Do you think I have used "forced to" correctly in this sentence?"
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

But it is the governments that have forced people into quarantine as a response to the virus. It's OK, but not a great sentence. The virus would probably be against quarantine as that would give it greater opportunities to infect people.
