    Hello, could you please paraphrase the phrase in inverted commas:

    And so meetings in Luxembourg tend to flictuate between English, French, German and Luxemburgish. Now, on the first two I am OK. On the German I can just about "hang on by my fingernails". Luxemburgish is a bit of a challenge.
