    someone's hair is really soft

    Hello.

I want to say a person has really soft hair. What can I use to complete this sentence?

Her hair is as soft as...

Is there an idiom or an expression for this?

    ...as smooth as silk, perhaps.

(Hair isn't really 'soft' is it?)

    ...soft and smooth as velvet?
I am not a teacher or a native speaker.

I remember once I heard in a movie this sentence: Her hair is so soft I want to make pillow out of it!

I don't know the name of the movie but I'm sure I heard "soft" and "hair".

We frequently refer to hair as soft. I have no problem with it at all. "soft as silk" works OK.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
