Dear teachers:

Would you please fix [STRIKE]and modify[/STRIKE] my letter to [STRIKE]be perfect for sending to[/STRIKE] an HR manager who asked me to send her more documents after I met with her?

Dear xxx:

I hope you are well and safe.

I met with you two weeks ago to apply for a lecturer position.

The documents that you requested are attached. Let me know if you have questions. [These two sentences are related, so they belong together in one paragraph.]

I look
forward to hearing from you.

Best regards,

Jamila2
Fixed!

Notes:

Perfect
an overused and misused word. Avoid it in workplace conversation.

Likewise, "don't hesitate to contact me" is overused and usually not appropriate. It suggests that the person you're writing to is too bashful to get back to you without your permission. HR managers don't hesitate!
